Millie and I completed our first Park Run at Cannock Chase today. A big thank you to all of the volunteers who make a fantastic event every week.

I love Wikipedia! I use it all the time including from my mobile devices. There are many incredible things about Wikipedia but two of the most striking is that the have no advertising or commercial relationships (long may this continue) and they second thing is that they only have 35 employees.

So it is very important that people who value and use the service should donate. Below is a link with further information  on their current fundraising drive and also butons and badges if you want to support Wikipedia on your website.

I have been lucky enough to have helped out at both of the first two Birmingham Social Media Surgeries for Voluntary and Community Projects. I have really enjoyed both and have also learnt a lot from the people I have met.
