There is a concern with data in the cloud that if you lose connection/access or whatever reason your data is lost. For this reason it is essential that you have a disaster recovery plan in the form of a backup. This has now been made much easier by a new export all feature in Google Docs. Google will now let you export all your Google docs (with a selection of file types) in one Zip file for backup.
